Design and experiment of an adaptive dynamic vibration absorber with smart leaf springs

چکیده

Abstract An adaptive dynamic vibration absorber (ADVA) is designed for low-frequency suppression. The leaf springs are applied as the tuning stiffness elements. principle of variable analyzed to obtain effective range first natural frequency variation. A classic simply supported manipulator selected controlled system. coupled model manipulator-ADVA system built maximum damping efficiency and absorption capacity ADVA. experimental platform set up verify theoretical results. It revealed that ADVA can adjust on a large scale by changing curvature springs. amplitude reduced obviously with installation Finally, based short-time Fourier transformation (STFT), stepwise optimization algorithm proposed achieve quick so it always coincide prime structure. Through above steps, intelligent realized high performance in wide range.
